So my first featured photographer is Melissa Mercier. She is a fine art photographer living in Vancouver BC. I find a very quiet calmness with plenty of room to breath in Melissa's images. I love the vision she has, to me it's kinda like there is plenty of space in her images for me to roam around in. To find out all about her and view more work click here. So in an attempt to blog more often than I currently do I'm going to implement a couple of series so to speak on my blog.
First will be of course the daily picture. It may be something from a job, fine art, my dog (the cutest beagle in the world) personal work or a snap from my iphone or any other camera.
Second is going to be a bi-monthly series on photographers whose work I find interesting. Some of these photographers will be friends, some will be mentors, some students, and the rest people whose work I like looking at. I was trying to come up with some catchy name for this but I think I'm just going to call it Photographers I Like. I will attempt to post a new photographer on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month.
